There was a full coach for this outing. Our coach arrived in good time with the driver dressed for Christmas and the coach decorated with tinsel and lights etc. Our journey to Worcester was smooth and without any holdups.
The Christmas Fayre was held on several streets throughout this medieval city. Worcester has many listed buildings, some black and white buildings and a magnificent cathedral. The stalls were selling all sorts of delightful Christmas goodies and tasty treats. Buskers were on the streets as were many stallholders dressed in traditional costumes, Of course the Christmas Fayre had its usual carousel with the sound of the traditional barrel organ. Ladened with shopping it was all too soon to meet at our pickup point, which I have to say was very well organised. The coach came from a coach park with a police escort. Our journey home was without any holdups. Pam
