Short Walk Clanfield Tuesday 10th December 19
It had been difficult to find a walk that wasn’t too muddy or having standing water in fields.
However; we managed a short walk at Clanfield, this could have been extended but it started to rain after approx 1.75 miles so we decided that coffee was calling. We stopped at Blakes café. They are quite famous for their cinnamon buns and people come from miles for one. Most had cake or a bun and then several bought a cinnamon to take home. There were nine of us for the walk and we were all pleased to have made the effort to take in some fresh-air. Thanks to Margaret and Alan for driving. Our next short walk will be on 14th January in the Witney area with lunch afterwards. Pam
