It was a very pleasant morning for a bike ride, just 3 of us this month.

We left Carterton via Alvescot Road, then Kencot and Broadwell eventually reaching Clanfield where we stopped for out elevenses.

We sat outside and enjoyed our coffees and a piece of fruit cake, cinnamon bun and a smoky cheese and chive scone.

Our homeward journey was from Clanfield, up the straight mile to Alvescot and back into Carterton.  Pam
