This walk was one of our step-in venues ie when the fields are flooded we can be guaranteed a walk here.

11 members enjoyed the fresh-air and tranquility walking round the reservoir on a very overcast and misty morning.

There were lots of different birds on the water especially cormorants and and a skein of geese landed in the water.

Refreshments in the cafe were welcome, and then we stayed for quite a time chatting.
