Once again it was a fun afternoon with more dancing than usual.

Mike was our DJ with a great selection of music.  In March we will be meeting at the Allandale Centre and Mike hopes to produce a Music Quiz.

If you haven’t been to the group before, do come a long for a natter, gentle exercise and join in a “Bop”.  Its open to Gents as well! Pam
