his should have been our group long walk day but due to the Christmas u3a main meeting, we made it into a short one so that we could attend both.

We walk on footpaths and pavements winding our way round part of Carterton; this took us just under 3 hours.

This left us time to have a coffee and put the world to rights!

I hope to do a similar short walk on New Year’s Day.
